This work unfolds through the story of a female worker, chronicling her personal experiences and dreams of dance. Technological advances have empowered women while exacerbating the challenges of balancing family, work and personal aspirations.

Through installation, dance and interviews, this work explores the dynamic relationship between female workers and their dreams, particularly through the interplay between dance and machines. The fluid and soft dance body movements of the women contrast with the rigidity of the machinery. This juxtaposition highlights the tension between labor and self-expression, automation and individuality. Family and work provide women with warmth and fulfillment, but the responsibilities they carry also limit their pursuit of dreams. In this space, dance is both resistance and release, a way to regain agency in the relentless industrial pace.
